EMC Australia / Subclass 462
Travel and work for eligible countries — some use a ballot.
462 is for young people from Work and Holiday partner countries, often with education and English requirements. Some countries (including China, India and Vietnam in recent years) use a ballot. Specified work for a second year is not identical to 417. A ballot is not an invitation to lodge a weak application.
