Workplace training or professional development — with an approved sponsor.
407 is for structured training or professional development with an approved sponsor. It is not a 482 by another name, and it is not a student 500. The training has to be real. If the role is ordinary work, this is the wrong visa.

A full-time production role dressed as training is how 407s are refused.
