The leading skills assessment body in Australia, Vetassess, states that starting October 22, 2025 the fees for getting a skills assessment for professional and general jobs will increase. The fees are being adjusted to accommodate the inflation (CPI). Denotes that the set of new applications submitted after the said date are required to pay the higher fee.
Moreover, the affected occupations were professional and general occupations as well as those under DAMA (Designated Area Migration Agreement) and Industry Labour Agreements (ILA). While, Trade occupations are not affected by this fee change.
