Remaining relative, carer, aged dependent relative — not partner, parent or child.
114, 115, 116 offshore and 835, 836, 838 onshore. Each has a different test: usually no close family outside Australia, or a need for care that cannot reasonably be provided here. Queues are long. The wrong relative visa is a wasted year.
