The Higher National Diploma in Retail Management is designed for students who want to enter into positions in a wide range of retail organisations at an operational, supervisory or team leader or managerial level with the aim to develop skills and knowledge in customer care and retail management. Students will have sound understanding of the everyday operation of the retail industry.
