The Certificate in Mandarin is a preparatory course for students to acquire a good foundation in the Chinese Language. This will enable them to build and enhance their reading, writing, listening and speaking ability in Chinese.
At each level, students will be able to grasp the intended key outcomes. From learning grammar and commonly used words to cultivating basic communication skills, to building simple structures while developing sufficient vocabulary base through discussions and writings.
